Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
1. General Policy
Thank you for choosing CoverCollect.co. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality, comprehensive digital forensic analyses of your historical postal history items and a seamless research repository experience. Because our primary offerings consist of personalized digital research services, on-demand analysis sheets, and digital archive memberships, our policies regarding cancellations and refunds are tailored specifically to the digital nature of this work.
2. Refunds for On-Demand Forensic Analysis Services
Our digital forensic analysis services are customized products requiring manual historical verification, rate mapping, and scholarly research labor. Accordingly, refund requests for these on-demand reports are governed by the following strict guidelines:
-
Prior to Work Commencement: A full refund will be issued if you choose to cancel your individual analysis order before our research team has begun processing or evaluating your submitted digital image scan. Please contact us immediately via our designated channels if you wish to request a pre-work cancellation.
-
Inability to Complete: A full refund will be issued if CoverCollect.co is unable to generate or compile a structured analysis sheet for your submitted item due to systemic data limitations, or if we fail to deliver your digital report within 10 business days of your verified purchase date.
3. Refunds for Member Subscriptions
For recurring membership tiers granting access to our advanced archival databases, community directories, and member profile toolsets:
-
Monthly & Annual Billing: All subscription fees are processed automatically at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
-
Cancellation Rules: You may cancel your member subscription at any time directly through your secure account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing cycle, after which your account will automatically downgrade. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of an active subscription cycle.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Once our research work has been fully executed, or digital assets have been delivered, refunds cannot be granted. Specifically, we do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
-
After Digital Delivery: Once the final forensic analysis sheet or printable PDF report has been dispatched to your registered email address or generated within your member portal, the service is fully rendered, and the value of our specialized research, structural tracking, and physical labor has been permanently transferred.
-
Analytical Disagreement: We explicitly do not offer refunds if you disagree with the final rarity assessment, scarcity score, calculated rate steps, postmark mappings, or historical narratives expressed in the report. Our service is the objective provision of an independent research opinion based on a comprehensive cross-reference of available philatelic data; we do not guarantee a specific commercial outcome, external certification success, or financial valuation.
5. How to Report an Issue or Request a Refund
