Because our primary product is a personalized digital service that requires significant time and research to prepare, our policy regarding refunds is specific to the nature of this work.
2. Refunds for Our Cover Rating Service
We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. However, due to the digital and customized nature of our service, we have the following guidelines:

A full refund will be issued if you choose to cancel your order before we have begun work on your analysis. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you wish to cancel.

A full refund will be issued if Cover Collect is unable to provide an analysis report for your submitted item for any reason, or if we fail to deliver your report within 10 business days of your purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Once our work has been completed and the final Cover Rating PDF report has been delivered to the email address you provided, we generally cannot offer a refund.
Specifically, we do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:

After the Report has been Delivered: At this point, our service has been fully rendered, and the value of our research, analysis, and labor has been delivered to you.

Disagreement with the Analysis: We do not offer refunds if you disagree with the rarity assessment, historical narrative, scarcity score, or any other opinions expressed in the report. Our service is the provision of an expert-level opinion based on a comprehensive analysis of available data; we do not guarantee a specific outcome or valuation.
4. How to Report an Issue or Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, or if you have any other issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
